GLOBAL MASTER CHEF SERVICES AGREEMENT (TYPE A) — VERSION 3.1

Ref: GCSA-2026-GLOBAL · Electronic Onboarding Click-Through Agreement

This Global Master Chef Services Agreement establishes a binding framework between CK Events Management & Hospitality Group LLC (trading as Clandestino Kitchen and JoEs TaBLe) and the independent contractor identified in Step 1. By accepting below, you agree to these terms for all future Service Orders.

1. INDEPENDENT ENGAGEMENT: You operate as an independent B2B contractor. CK LLC does not own or operate kitchen facilities in the UK; you remain 100% responsible for licensed production space, FSA food safety regulations, HACCP compliance, and mandatory allergen disclosures.

2. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY: You retain exclusive legal and civil liability for food safety, allergens, and kitchen sanitation. You shall indemnify CK LLC against claims arising from culinary execution.

3. CROSS-BORDER INVOICING: CK LLC is a US entity (Wyoming). You will invoice CK LLC as an overseas US recipient according to UK HMRC cross-border service rules (Outside the Scope of UK VAT).

The CK Master Terms govern all partner relationships across JoEs TaBLe and Clandestino Kitchen. Partners acknowledge independent status, sole tax and license responsibility in their jurisdiction, and 12-month client non-solicitation.
